Henry probably also let them shoot off more than ten rounds of ammo a year for training too. You can't have more than that for practice, guys, we need the money so John McCallum can hand out more Air Jordans to arriving Syrian kids (between the ages of six thru twenty-six).

McCallum thinks an Air Jordan is some kind of anti-aircraft weapon which misfired and sank the Mary Rose.
