never mind the fact that he spent 100K defending himself, and the complaintees didn't have to drop a dime!

If this was in a REAL court room the crown would order the plantif to cover his costs.

Another complete abuse of the system and yet again, ANOTHER reason to get rid of these fucken HRC.

Holy shit, I didn't know he had to spend his own money to defend himself. I totally agree that is totally wrong. He's a complete dick, but that doesn't mean some uppity Imam gets to make him lose 100k over a couple of drawings.

Wait, we NEED a kangaroo court for these guys? Are you kidding Scape? Ezra did what he wanted to do, and sure it was to sell more copies of the Western Standard...what's your point? That's what the media does, give us current event stories that have interest to the general public, and sell that to us in newspaper/magazine purchases or TV commercials. They made a business decision, but what they printed was FAR from hate speech or anything else, and they were targeted for posting something that was just as easily accessible from the Internet.

Second, THAT GROUP ISNT COMING IN. The border is stopping them. There is no right of foreigners to freely travel into Canada.

Havent you noticed the good news clips recently about the HRC? It's not just defending resteraunt workers who don't want to wash their hands but actual, legitimate and respectable stories. The HRC are scared and their putting all the good stories into the press as much as they can.

These problems can be dealt with by real courts, not these dog & poney shows.

hurley_108: You didn't know that Ezra had to pay for this himself? I don't think any defendants get aid. maybe that's why these comissions have their 100% conviction success rates.
