Canadian
Why is there some new stuff every year, do they have a list of things that they call out everytime they need money?

And they didn't sue 120 years ago why?
And their "ancestors" would have a right to this why?
Just more grubbing for money.
Gimme Gimme Gimme so I can keep my people drunk and on the reserve....
So I can get more money.
Close the reserves, let these people become Canadians.

Do you all feel like your being screwed over?
I still laugh at the ones that think their ancestors didn't know what they were signing.

$1:
However, those payments were withheld from 1885 to 1888
Well, I suggest that all the people who missed out on payments during that time step forward and they will be duly compensated with interest.

Bah-dum-bum.
Treaty 6 was signed in good faith that faith wasn't kept. There should be no question or negoiation, give them the 4M, a real apology (not like those Harper seems to do for every group seemingly wronged) and be done with it.

If their complaint is valid, then they need to be properly compensated.

Both parties are right and wrong.
Some of the band members (of the time) broke the Treaty by taking part in the Riel Rebellion. This is admitted by the band themselves.
The $5 payments were withheld due to that transgression.
The band never formally joined the rebellion.
Split it 50/50 (after checking that the $4,000 from then would be equal to $4,000,000 today) and call it a day.

You don't think he believes what he wrote? Or just that you don't agree with him? I'm sure there are many people who do believe just what weaselways wrote.
