Another motion argues the war crimes system set up by U.S. President George W. Bush to try terror suspects is unconstitutional because it was designed only for non-Americans.

what an interesting waste of time..

i dont know why they can argue a constitutional idea..

he is in Guantanamo specifically to not receive protection of the US constitution..

those fuckers in there dont deserve it. Burn them and feed them to the dogs....

The guys at Gitmo should do us a favour. Put the little shit in a helicopter, fly him out about 700 miles east of Cuba, and drop him into the open ocean. And do the same thing with his entire disgusting family.
