Sounds like Kenneth Thomas Janzen is a few bricks shy of a full load.

$1:
a man was throwing rocks at vehicles on the highway and pretending to jump into traffic.
Sure sounds like it... and that's before he plays Bo Duke.

The crying will be taken into consideration as
'genuine remorse' when the Judge sentences this
piece of work. Crying is step one toward total
rehabilitation. Right ?

Sitting stony faced showing no remorse seems to make a difference to the string 'em high folk.

The string 'em high folk aren't the judges...
which is really too bad. Showing no remorse is a sign to
many a judge that the perpetrator has 'managed to put all the
unpleasantness behind him' and is ready to move on...free....This is
essentially because most judges are Lib appointees, many of whom
have also been high profile defense lawyers, whose successes
are defined by how many murderers, rapists, thieves, and
drug dealers they manage to help escape justice.
But when these criminals reoffend...it's likely Harper's fault.
Right ?

He was blowing kisses to the camera when the cops had first put him in the back seat.
He'll be out in a couple of days with a lawyer funded by tax payers money.

He should be charged for attempted murder more for his stupidity than anything else. Why would you even waste your time throwing rocks at cars and jumping in front of traffic?
It's gonna be interesting though how the defense attorney is gonna argue this one....probably going to be a plea bargain.
