Can you prove that this case is any different than those other 5 frauds they get every week?

$1:
DNA proves you and the government was wrong.

Can you provide the details of the "other 5 cases"?

Privacy rights groups that is why.

doesn't matter, if the burden of proof of guilt is so low that "her mouth looks different" is all thats needed when she provided everything a Canadian could provide and MORE to prove otherwise, there's a friggen' problem. I mean her MOUTH looked different? Her MOUTH? What, her mouth moved in real life but in the picture it doesn't move?

What would you do if you were on vacation, and brought every single piece of ID you could think of in order to prove who you were and some guy says "this 4 year old photo seems to have smaller lips". Would you say "ok, I understand, throw me in jail and leave me stranded abroad for 3 months, I don't mind." I bet you Would NOT.

$1:
The DNA test proved that she had the same DNA as her Canadian relatives, not that she was who she said she was.
.. but in your little world, this is all because Harper is a racist.

If the quote below is representative of how conservatives REALLY feel about foreign-born citizens then there's an ideological problem, call it the "r" word if you want, I'll just call it the a-hole word

I suspect that the Federal Court is made up of left-leaning activist judges who are basically traitors to Canada.
I suspect half of the IRB is made up of lying criminals intent on destroying the fabric of our country by letting more criminals into Canada that are posing as refugees.
I suspect that many immigrants don't give a shit about Canada and are just here to get what they can out of us.

I mean if that's your mindset of course youre going to arrest and deny inncocent people and everyone you can because you'll look for any excuse to do it no matter how flimsy. It's like how Castro's Cuba rounded up so-called Captialist agitators: If there's even the slightest suggestion that you're guilty then you're obviously guilty and no other evidence matters. You're guilty because somebody said you are that all there is to it.

Yeah, stick with your "she has an evil twin" theory...that must be it. She's a MOTHER, they can take DNA from her KID IN CANADA which would allow them to differentiate between her and one of her siblings, you dummy. But wait, maybe the evil twin actually had the kid and this whole conspiracy to board the flight goes back over a decade! Or maybe she has a secret DNA cloning machine that allows here replicate the DNA of anybody she wants! Come on, its a stretch but I'm sure you'll latch on to something desparate!

Uh... NO. Maybe if they had the fathers DNA they could natch it but with just hers, related is related.

Why is it that "progressives" are pushing the agenda that Canadians, even hyphenated Canadians can't commit crimes in other countries? Khadr, Brenda Martin, etc.. All were convicted or dirty yet the left pushed a whole media campaign to free them.
You'd think a party that let Maher Arar get sent away for torture would know better.

I don't believe you are correct but I'll let it slide.

We're still not seeing how this is all because Harper is a mean old racist and if he did hos job properly, he'd give more money to that clever McGuinty guy so he could blow it on his medical palls.

I doubt Harper personally reviews all Canadians foreign travel plans.

Let it slide? It must be really tough for you to admit when you're wrong. What do you do for a living? Can you let all your mistakes slide when you screw up?

I think Harper micromanages anything that hits the press. I don’t know if he's racist, but it sure is starting to look like it. Like it or not McGuinty’s comment was fair.

Yes they can. In fact mitochondrial DNA can establish maternal lineage.

In addition, since the mother can only donate an "X" chromosome its relatively easy to determine paternal lineage through cellular DNA.

Again, you post rhetoric without any substantiated arguments.

Surviving Kenyan prison ordeal

NAIROBI–As Suaad Hagi Mohamud recovers in Toronto from a nagging illness that developed after her eight-day stay in a Kenyan prison, former inmates of the ward where she stayed know her symptoms well.

"We were sleeping on the bare floor," said Agnes Gathoni Wahome, who spent a year and a half on the remand ward at Langata Women's Prison awaiting trial for marijuana possession. "We were given one old blanket each. Eventually I got a very bad chest infection."

Those familiar with the prison system say some sort of illness after discharge is to be expected.

Conditions on the ward are dank and crowded. At any one time, 300 or more women await trial in Langata prison. They sleep 60 to a room and share a single bucket for a toilet. Women with very small babies are given mats. Aside from ventilation slots high above eye level, there are no windows.

"It is almost a given that, after they leave prison, they will be sick," said a human rights worker, who asked not to be identified for fear that her access to prisoners would be cut off. "Respiratory infection is automatic. Skin disease is automatic. These days tuberculosis is common."
