According to this guy there's a mass exodus currently from the religion of Islam.

Is this true, or is it just this one particular writers wishful thinking?

I am probally going to get called on this statement, and perhaps even insulted but I am not going to read anymore Muslim articles. I am really tierd of it, it's all bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch. Those Muslims came to the pope to be converted, the pope diddn't put up signs and posters saying come get converted.

Yet they kill anybody who trys to change there religion from Islam. There all hypocrites. One day they are going to have to grow up, get rid of there bad human rights and stop killing people for stupid reasons. Let them have there own opinions, and live there own life instead of living in fear in changing it.

I mean, in some Muslim countries. They basicly cut out shit from women so they can't enjoy sex. Wtf is the point, or purpose of that? There cruelty to women is outstanding and I am completly tierd of listening to it, and watching many people get Muslim sensative and give in to there complaining.

Not so far fetched, seeing Christians believe their faith to be God's covenant with Abraham and therefore the fulfilment of Judaism. Just remember Jesus was a good Jew.

Wouldn't be surprised. Just like the mass Exodus out of Christianity. It's difficult for people to maintain belief systems founded in Ancient times when Science and Education proves that much of what they believe is BS.

It's more an exodus out of systems that tell you how to think, rather than allowing you to make up your own mind. Even though there seems to be a rejection of the traditional religions, the overwhelming majority of people still profess a belief in a spiritual existence.

It's interesting however, that in areas that were once Catholic strongholds there have been huge inroads made by Evangelical Christian movements. Is this a process of evolution, Catholic to Protestant to secular society? Mind you, many of these Evangelicals are just as dogmatic about unquestioning faith as the Roman church is.

The one thing that stands clear is the immense distrust, the pius have for formal education. This is obvious in the desperate efforts to prevent education by destroying schools in afghanistan by the Taliban. Enlightenment is their anethema.
Generally fundamentalists of any faith are REALLY fundamental almost to the point of illiteracy.

This was true of the Roman Catholic Church for the longest time as well. The printing press and the dissemination of knowledge dealt them a severe blow. Knowledge was treasured and hoarded by the Vatican, dispensed only to a few through Church controlled sources.

All religions curdle my stomach as much as they curdle the mind. I will have nothing to do with any of them.

It seems the most authoritative nations have the most Muslims. Then it seems that the developing world (say Phillipines, Brazil, etc.) are heavily heavily Christian. Then in the Developed/Modern/Western World it seem to be a Christian/Not Religious split.

The United States is the only exception in terms of the Western World, as they seem to still be heavily Christian.
