hmm...'em russians...
Again we will have to turn to NATO to solve a problem the UN wants no part of. The UN seems too busy placating to terrorists these days.

What does the UN have to do with this? The article did not even mentioned the UN. This is about the US, Canada, Denmark, and Norway getting along. Canada has as much reason to be concerned about US resource claims as it does the Russians, perhaps more so since the US has a greater potential to exploit its claims and won't hesitate to pursue its claims.
Canada has to worry about everyone except Norway. We and Norway are chill with eachother.
thats cause the only border we share is the north pole.
we shoudl try to fix that.

Why would NATO help us instead of the US? Or Norway? NATO will to get involved in this dispute at all, unless a real conflict breaks out. Besides relying on an external organization or country to protect our sovereignty would be downright foolish.
The only people that can protect our sovereignty are Canadians.

Yeah, they sure helped us out in 1903 during the Alaska Border dispute...the only people I trust to worry about our sovereignty is us.

No, what's funny is your naivete in thinking another nation will give up billions of dollars in oil/gas, just because they are our allies.
Take a look at their claim in the Beaufort Sea and see if you still think that way...the only difference is back then it was yellow gold, today it's black gold.

...and yet our "very best friends in the world" don't recognise our sovereignty in the North.
Boots is right: We gotta do it ourselves, and we don't owe the Yanks any thanks.
