Don't much like their music but his lawyers snagged every technicality on the way through court. What a wimp, considering he blew 2x the limit. They should have made an example out of him.

   

yeah he did not set much of an example for his many fans . he really did make himself look silly and imature as well .

   

love Nickelback.. seen them a few times in Ottawa.. dont think not being able to drive will be a problem for this guy..

   

when does the credability of the songs become questionable, compared to the lifestyles of the musicians?
Aside from that little asshole from Orange county Choppers running down a guy on a scooter while he was out drinking and driving in the comapny truck, I haven't heard another example of someone's acual life being opposite from their public life.. that is excluding heir Suzuki.
