Hey I would vote to legalize, even though I have never used. I think it is more lucrative from a tax stand point than cigarettes, especially in Ontario where they need a distraction from their problems

Just pointing out your blatant hypocrisy.Sorry if it hit a nerve.

It makes no sense why pot is illegal yet smoking cigarettes is accepted in society, and alcohol which is much more damaging to other people (drunk driving) is actually embraced. We're living in the stone age if we keep trying to attach a negative connotation to this product. Look at alcohol, you take yeast and some other natural ingredients and add a bunch of chemicals to it and eventually beer is made, cigarettes has way more harmful chemicals for you in it. It's incredibly ignorant and hypocritical for people to look down on pot and embrace cigarettes and alcohol.

Er, I don't any chemicals when I make beer. Just sayin'...

meaden24 @ Sun Oct 05, 2008 8:35 am

I support folks growing pot for their own use but this is organized crime and the money that these kids gets is the same that buys illegal handguns to protect that product at the sales end of the business.
People who laud this as personal freedom ignore the huge criminal issues.

Uhhh, aren't you planning to be a pig- I mean, a fine member of the police force? One of the people who would be beating and dragging these "clippers" away for their black market harmless "crime"?

Shouldn't that completely stunt your chances of joining the law enforcement?

well, if the place gets raided....then yah, my chances of joining the police SERVICE (hasen't been called a 'force' for a few years now) are pretty much boned...but the chances of the police raiding a personal operation like the one i would work for are slim to none....and i'm one hell of a runner when i have to be

lol thanks for your concern though
