What kind of a scandalous group of politicians would it take to formulate such a document ? An actual manual that is designed to inform Conservative members on how to disrupt the democratic process. I mean WOW.

I hope you are joking. Why is it that you Cons reply to every criticism against your party with "yah but the Libs...."
C'mon pluggy. This is a bad thing they have done.
Here it is:

Case in point.
You Cons never accept responsibility for your own actions. Typical.

Derby...do you honestly believe that this is the only instance of political skullduggery and that only the Conservatives are guilty.

Of course not. A prevailing theme in virtually all my posts is that there is an inherent element of dishonesty that is endemic to politics. We see the same scandals happening time and time again.
Only the names and the party changes.
Plus ca change, plus c'est le meme choise.
Actually I'm just killing time till Patrick has crafted his response.

If only that wasn't so true.
Some of this gets pretty close to criminal levels. Having an MP show up to watch a constituent can be construed as showing an interest or intimidation, depending on the witness. Stacking committees and talking to witnesses before they testify is pretty close to tampering.
You Harperites can play blame the Liberals all you want, but this is an attempt to undermine basic Caandian democratic principles. As such, it is far more serious that the theft of money. It shows a level of corruption that is both very deep and endemic to the way the Harper government does politics.
Shit flows down, as the plumbers say. The pipes on this one run right back to the PMO.
Let me guess, was this in that box of documents that the Liberals stole from CPC offices during an office shuffle?
Funny that there's only talk that this even exists.

the alleged document, which was reported in the National Post.
Opposition claiming that the CPC are stalling and disrupting when it was the opposition who are refusing to do their job:
$1:
"The three opposition parties are behaving like they're a coalition government and we're utilizing the tools that are available to us to push back," Jay Hill, the government's chief whip, said yesterday.

http://www.canadaeast.com/ce2/docroot/a ... eID=143787.. and partizanship in the senate:
$1:
"Liberal senators, [in a] sneaky, underhanded fashion passed a bill in 43 seconds. Within 44 seconds of the Senate adjourning, they disposed of an entire bill."

I'd say Canadian voters have plenty of evidence of who's playing the dirty tricks.
This is your scandal, Ridenrain. Quit trying to shift blame. After damned near thirty years of listening to Conservatives talk about responsibility, I think it's bloody well time you took some.
The document was leaked to a Conservative-friendly columnist at the ultra-conservative National Post. I haven't seen a Conservative deny its existence yet, although there was a lot of footage of them running away from the cameras.
Rumour is that Jay Hill and his gestapo were goose-stepping in the halls trying to find the leaker. It seems they were likely trying to crucify the last honest conservative on the hill for...well, for being open and accountable.
