The petition, which had more than 900 signatures by Tuesday morning, urges the California actor-turned-governor to pardon Hilton because she provides "beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives." Quoted from the article -
Now if that's a reason to pardon her for repititiously breaking the law - then it's pretty lame and comparing a "party gal" to a President, well, I hope good ol' Arnie doesn't give in - "do the crime, do the time"

I love how they think 900 signatures would do something anyway. Especially in her case. Its what sixty days? Minimum security? Suck it up, I certainly wouldn't want to go to jail either, but if you break the law you have to pay the price. Otherwise whats the point of having laws.
