What a fucking joke. She surrenders at 11:30 Sunday night, out early Thursday morning and they say she gets credit for 5 full days. I’m sure after the outrage as settled down we’ll find out she will also get the 2 for 1 deal for time served. I heard a report last night that she wasn’t eating and couldn’t sleep cause her cell was to cold.

Spoiled rich girl... I can do her sentence for her, in her home! I bet I would never see so much luxury again! 8O

Enforcement of driving without a licence is practically nil here, some people think that a licence ban and not drinking and driving only apply to cars so they drive ATV's, golf carts, tractors, even manure trucks while drunk and without a license, very rarely do they go to jail.

Man. Started off with 45 days then down to 23 days then let out after just less than 4 days. Fuckin slut should have got the full sentence.

In this case, it is all about the principle... She was sentenced to jail for 45 days, reduced it to 23 for "good behaviour" and only does 4.

If this would have happened to me or you, we could just stay in jail. Spoiled little rich girl walks away AGAIN!

She wasn't driving without a license Knoss it was driving with a suspended license. There's a difference.

$1:
She was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on Jan. 15. Officers informed Hilton she was driving on a suspended license and she signed a document acknowledging she was not to drive. She then was pulled over by sheriff's deputies on Feb. 27, at which time she was charged with violating probation.

Still not a major offense, but if normal people have to serve the sentence then so should she. Her unspecified medical problem was probably anxiety or something similar like a panic attack since she's really out of her element. Only she knows how genuine it is/was, she's still getting off easy and the media will continue to mock her.

Knoss @ Thu Jun 07, 2007 12:05 pm

Well is it only 4 days now? she was in jail now she was convicted a couple weeks ago.

canucker @ Thu Jun 07, 2007 12:34 pm

So they say she has been incarcerated for 5 days but that is really incorrect. They count Sunday a full day (even though she only arrived at 11 or so that night) and today is already a full day (because she left at 2am)... odd math there.

fatbasturd @ Thu Jun 07, 2007 12:36 pm

maybe they were worried the other inmates were going to catch crotch rot from her 8O
