don't understand why did he get a copy of this book first ? was he in the book ?
had he met with the author , all interesting questions .

Martin wrote the foreward to the book.
That's possibly the biggest red flag around because there were many more people who knew Cadman who would have been far better.
Thats whats making me believe this whole book was BS.

This whole story reeks. If Cadman was so upset he threw the bums out and didn't take the deal, why is his widow running as a conservative?

Someone mentioned a Cadman / Duffy interview where Cadman admitted that if he dies as an MP, he gets more money from his life insurance policy, and that could have been the reason why he voted to keep the corrupt martin government in power.
I don't know if I believe that but then I'm not a family man dying of cancer (knock on wood).

Mike Duffy mentioned it again today.

He said Cadman told him he was worried about his finances if the gov't fell..because as a sitting member of the house of commons he was entitled to a 500 000 death benefit insurance. Mike Duffy said he thought the fact that Cadman mentioned that to him he was surprised he wouldn't have had something different to say about a policy worth twice that amount.

It's also now widely reported that the reporter in question is now offering the 3 year old audio clip with Harper for $500. a shot.
.. but it's about justice, right?

Scott Brison crossed the floor for much higher financial cabinet position, offered by Liberal government.

Yeah, so Martin had it for a year, who cares, he's just another sleaze ball almost to the same caliber as Harper - not quite tho  .

My pappy taught me that if I learn of a crime, it doesn't make me guilty,

but if I learn of a crime and keep my silence, than I'm just as bad as the criminal.

The Liberals should not have held their silence, it shows how deceitful the Liberals really are. I have no doubt that the 'new' Liberal party hasn't changed. Its still the same corrupt and thieving party that stole $100 million from the tax payers UNDER THE GUISE OF NATIONAL UNITY!!!!

Liberals tories - they are all corrupt to the core. It's like the diff between dems and gop in the states - zero. And no, I don't vote ndp, I don't vote for any of the scuzbags

ridenrain @ Fri Feb 29, 2008 10:01 pm

It's vital for the liberal brand that all other parties be dragged down to their corrupt level. Right now, liberal equals scandels and corruption, and sets them lower than the other parties. Only by tarnishing the other parties can they equal the playingfield again.

Not voting is a vote for the status quo. it means that you are ok with whatever the status quo is, or whatever it becomes.
