WTF? Where the hell are they getting their numbers from?
Typical kind of attack like you'd see in the sandbox. One explosion followed on by another. They use the first one to injure people and then use the second to kill and injure the first responders.
Lisa was trying to qualify for Boston and now I have to say I'm thankful that she didn't.

A good image from the New York Times showing what happened where.

Hate to say, but in situations like this the 'official' numbers tend to be very low.

The Boston Globe is reporting that BPD is dismantling two more explosive devices.

All sorts of numbers now. Fog of war sydrome.
Some reporter thought shotgun shells were involved and now the same person is saying 'ball bearings' instead.
Boston PD is reportedly looking at an abandoned mail truck.
Hate to say, but no real facts will emerge on this for a few days.

And now there are reports of an explosion at the JFK library.
Wolf Blitzer from CNN started with the BS and said that this might be the Tea Party or some other anti-tax group.

In probably the sickest coincidence imaginable, the AP is reporting that some of the family members of the Newtown victims were sitting in a VIP section near the blasts.
Confirmed

Other sources say that the JFK Library thing was an unrelated fire in a mechanical room.

What?!? Unless he has the source of the century there are easier, and more dignified, ways to get fired.

It's far too early to suggest a motive, but the date would make investigators consider a domestic terrorist group. Though in the past, they target public institutions and infrastructure, not mass gatherings.
Not surprised though. It took a while for news outlets to suggest that the shooter in Tuscon wasn't a member of the Tea Party.
CNN is saying at least 2 dead. 28 hurt.
