Fucking separatists are just trying to get him in their stupid game.

Let`s see a little politic 101 here. The PM of Canada has virtually no advantages of saying "Quebec is a nation" in Quebec because that`s not what will change the game anyhow. Separatists will be separatists, same for federalists.

It will just allow separatists to continue their stuborn logic with step 2 : If Quebec is a nation it needs to have full control and be independant to reach his ideals of devellopment through harmonization of the french language,blablabla...(Ask Elvis for the full crap he's the best I know for long-nice looking sentences that dont mean a thing but actually sound pretty good.)

Then, I don't see how it could be of any use for Harper to recognize Quebec as a nation in the R.O.C because it would only get the kind of retard like you, who call Quebec "conquered territory", to maybe not vote for him next elections...
