Regulus Black was Sirus's brother and he was killed it was mentioned in OOTP
When Sirius showed Harry his family tree..I don't think Draco will aid Harry more likely he just won't work against him.
There was a brief reference in OOTP when Hermione was giving Kreacher his Christmas present and there was something "shiny"The lost locket?
Is it possible it's the Horcrux Regulus stole from V?
J.K Rowling was asked recently what character will be more prevalent in the final book than most people think.
Her response?
"Kreacher."
He would know all of his family's secrets.

Ohhh didn't know about Kreacher being more prevalent... Cool and yeah the locket being one of V's container would make sense... Might be the last one and thus a huge hunt for it and the ultimate climax being the fight over the locket.
