ziggy ziggy:
With all this fresh snow on the ground the robins are eating the berries on the trees that fermented in the +26 we had last week. Now their all half pissed and bouncing off my newly washed windows.

This happens every spring snowstorm, their falling right out of my mountain ash trees.

Next, they'll be out front of Timmies asking if you have any spare change for a cup of coffee.

It's days like today that make me glad I traded in the Crown Vic on an F-150 4X4.

Fortunately Victoria was able to drag out its snow removal equipment yesterday.

Well, we live just north of Regina, SK and we are still waiting with bated breath this "massive storm." So far we've seen nothing but a bit of drizzle. No snow, no precipitation to speak of. At least not yet. Com'on folks. Share and share alike. EH.

I think it's done, the sun came out this morning on the new blanket of white, the robins were hammed,it was still -14 but no wind, like the u2 song...it's a beautifull day!

And my bud just flew back from Nunavut today so he was in Churchill and Winnipeg and Calgary and no problems with storms or flights.

It was brutal here...i had at least a cm and i had to scrap my windows...it was horrible

Boo! BC! We've had about 20cm here in Edmonton and they're talking another 20-25cm before it tapers off on Tuesday. Talked to a guy today who was in Toronto yesterday, wearing shorts and a tanktop. Boo! Ontario!

You forget the previous seven centimetres of blossom petals we had here in Victoria... nearly a whiteout it was.
