LOL Manitoba (Winnipeg) also got into the runner up awards.

I love how in the commoents section "Bob" defends the waste by saying its a slap in the face for taxepayers to deny them the right to get facials on the tax dime becuase blah blah they have a tough job. Well you know what, if they got into that line of work thinking it would be a wonderland they should never have applied.

   

Yes if only they knew how far back some causes were taken (self Goverment).
