Cucumber Snake terrorists attack City Cats... O_O!

   

"Cucumber trauma"

There's a term you usually don't hear outside of the emergency rooms in gay neighborhoods.

And, no, that's not a snark or a joke. It's literally true.

In California last year (2014) the total incidence of this was 1,272.

The two primary clusters of 637 incidents and 577 incidents were in San Francisco County and Los Angeles County, respectively.

With that in mind the cats are probably freaking out not so much because they're afraid of snakes but because they're afraid of a cucumber being shoved up their a**.

That'd make me jump, too!

   

   

Saw a video on YouTube with people freaking out their cats with cucumbers. Tried it with my cat. He turned around, looked at the cucumber, looked at me, then went back to his food. He's smarter than I give him credit for sometimes.

Considering they're born mentally ill is it even possible to psychologically damage a cat?

   

I probably did some harm to my grandmother's evil Siamese cat back around 40 years ago. That little bastard hated me and would attack me all the time and then I got wise and would keep leather work gloves and a towel handy. When it attacked me I'd grab it, wrap it in the towel, and chuck it down the laundry chute to the basement.

After a while it didn't attack me anymore.

   

A guy I used to hang out with did something similar. His room-mate's cat kept attacking him when he tried to sit on the couch. The room-mate went out of town for a long weekend and my buddy stayed home. As soon as he sat on the couch to watch a hockey game the cat bit him on the wrist. He grabbed it, took it to the closet, and shoved it headfirst down the sleeve of a jacket. He wore small so needless to say the sleeve was pretty tight. Too tight and the cat got stuck and couldn't get out either backwards or forwards. It started meowing in distress so my buddy just shut the closet door so he couldn't hear it. Left it there for three days and nights and didn't take the cat out of the jacket until about an hour before the room-mate came home. The cat hid under a bed and didn't come out for another day. The room-mate asked what was wrong with it and buddy said "Dunno. They're all insane anyway". That cat never bit him again and usually left ASAP whenever he walked in room after that. Not a nice thing to do but sometimes ya just gotta.

   

That sounds like an appropriate corrective action to me.

   

Technically he didn't even hurt it. He just disciplined it.

   

We'll remember that the next time you get bitchy.

   

When you Peeps talk about Cats it makes me feel all furry on the inside.
I just wish it would make me feel warm and furry.

   

Could always put the cucumber in the microwave for a minute, the follow Bart's directions.
