WOW! I really don't know what you can say to this.....the mother was so young, the daughter was so young....it deffinately tells you why you should never be in front of or behind a moving vehicle, always make sure they have turned the key off before being anywhere close to thier path.Poor girl...and at that age your already blaming yourself for so many things...
