You know, 9 out of 10 people on a reserve(most reserves I've been to at least) are good people who keep their heads down and their noses clean. However, that being said, the other 10% create more than enough problems. Part of the problem is the leadership, or lack thereof. The poverty and governance of the reserves is definitely third world....and not the part most of us holiday in either.
