Somebody seems to have gone through Halifax on a rampage, too... there was a strip of three or four houses, all with Conservative signs, that I pass on my way to work in the morning and every one was knocked down over the weekend.
Bunch of idiots.

I think it's likely some older kids, Mr. Canada. 16 to 20 would be my guess. I think it's more than one too, just because of the multiple incidents.
As for political affiliation, I doubt they really have any. They might claim to favour one party over another, but my guess is that they feel some personal slight from the Liberals...maybe even the provincial Liberals...and don't have enough of a grasp of reality to understand what they're doing.

This was a pretty brutal act of vandalism and hate, it sounds like pure luck that no one was hurt or killed. It would be very appropriate if those guilty were nailed for this.

Here in Kingston a number of signs have been vandalized and knocked down, of all parties. Thus no big deal. But vandalizing someones property and tampering with vehicles to render them dangerous is a big deal. If the guilty parties are found, they should recieve the harshest sentence possible.

Funny how everyone immediately assumes its some kids, considering the type of vanadalism involved especially the mechanical knowledge required I'd put the perp as an adult. Also the anti-Rae graffitti would point to someone who doesn't remember his reign Premier too fondly and that was 15+ years ago.

A friend of mine in Mississauga said there is a rumour going around it is an ethnic group who are not happy with the liberals stand on the tamil tiger issue.. just a rumour.. I am not suggesting anything here..
