If he were my son he would never get behind the wheel of a car again, at least until he moved out of my house and bought his own vehicle and insurance.

I've only been in a car that went that fast...... once, a 1969 Nova SS with a blueprinted and balanced 427. That was the last time for me............ever.

This is exactly the reason BC brought in graduated licencing. With only 1 passenger, if there's a horendous accident, we have at most 2 deaths, not 5 or 6.

Agree fully, Have experienced graduated licencing in Germany for my Motorcycle (size/power) and my kids had to do it in Winnipeg (number of passengers/driving after dark), It gives them a fighting chance to fill the bag of experience before emptying the bag of luck on ever busier roadways.
