Well, when this fucking punk, or one of his peons kills someone, it's STRAIGHT on Montigny and Sharma. As far as I'm concerned, both of these fucking geniuses are accessories to any future crimes committed by this piece of shit. I hope they can live with themselves knowing that they've virtually guaranteed that fellow Canadians will be victims of crime if Tran is allowed to remain in Canada.

I couldn't agree more.
This is how fucked up our laws are. One of my nephews lives in Vancouver. He had a Japanese g/f that he;d been together with for 2 years. She was here on a student visa. Her father was an industrialist and during the time she was here he passed away leaving her everything. She was richer than God at this point.
She then decided that she didn't want to continue going to school. When the feds found out she wasn't going to school anymore, they deported her. Didn't even give her a chance to apply for residency or immigrant status.
A fine, very well off, intelligent person that would never, EVER need to use our social system, isn't a criminal, gets the boot while shit like Tran and others are allowed to stay??
Great fucking legal and immigration system we have here.

I don't know if Tran was handled by the Hong Kong embassy when he came here in 93 but that was during the pre-China take over of Hong Kong and it's been well dicumented that embassy was the most corrupt ever.

I seriously doubt that any legal action against the High Commission will ever be taken, especially since over 5 years have elapsed.
