I think that they just assume everyone has weapons. I mean they really fudged up with saying Iraq had weapons....whos gunna trust them now? WOLF WOLF!! AHH!H! lol
I think that in this case they're probably now making this shit up (which would be a first admittedly).
That being said, there are two conclusions to be reached from this latest development. Considering that the yield was under 1 kt that probably means that the NK nuclear weapon program has a long way to go (though it's already ata astage that is worrisome).
Also, if this was a real nuclear test (there are other ways to test if your nuclear weapon will work without setting it off, read how here), then it might be safe to say that Ol' Kim was not so much displeased as he was blinded by rage by the puny-ness of the weapons that it's probably a safe bet that someone will be shot for making such a shitty bang.
I can't find it now but I read something about China discussing a quick little trip accross the border to decapitate Kim. Now would be the time to do it, before they got their nuke ducks in a row.
The only problem is what to do with the millions and millions of starving refugees that is the population of North Korea.
I'm not too afraid of all this. The people I fear for are the citizens of NK. They eat rations and have regular brownouts. The living conditions aren't HORRIBLE, but if so much money and resources weren't put into making weapons they could easily live a better life. Not to mention that they are apparently brainwashed (well educated constantly) that America is to blame for the brownouts and lack of food lol. America can be blamed for a few things, but not where NK places its funding and priority… Kinda reminds me of a man too poor to feed his family, but spends any change he finds to save up for a gun… just weird
lol ok, so my analogy is flawd
NK isnt gunna nuke a country and eat its people lol
