This is the BS that pisses me off most. I'm not suggesting that Khadr is innocent or shouldn't continue being held, but the bizzare logic in justifying detainment shouldn't be tolerated.

He was hardly there as a peacefull, innocent bystander. Considering what the suspect he did, and the situation at the time, I'd rather they didn't take him alive. He's no Canadian to me.

It must end eventually though and there needs to be clear ROE especially regarding Prisoners. So far the Bush Admin has just been making up crappy rules/regulations on the fly that don't hold up under scrutiny. Add in a poorly defined "war" with nefarious goals and against a nonexistant enemy("Terror") and you get a pile of BS that just pisses me off.
Where's the Integrity? Who has the Moral Authority? What happened to the Leader of the Free World? All flushed down the toilet by the idiot son of a former President.
