Exactly. They can't turn around and bitch about convention after violating their own thing. Well, they can, and will, but who cares? And if you make it 6/6, they can't bitch about stacking it in their favour, so that when the republicans inevitably try to do that, you've got another piece of tyranny to hit them with.

   

Appointing a judge is by no means a secure policy and more judges will only slow down an already ponderous system.

There needs to be serious reform, term limits and congress needs to held to account for their abdication of there assigned role since the 1970's and dumping it on the court:
