Four years ago IT was in demand...not so much now considering this recession, it isnt right for her to sue and should maybe consider relocation

THe lady is a twit. When you graduate and there is a high demend for your skills you are going to do well, if however you skill set is in low demand you are rooked. That's life.

SHe'll lose, unless the school has a guarenteed employment statement (which I'm sure it doesn't).
Yet another idiot looking for a free ride

Just goes to prove what I've been saying for years. There's a lot of morons out there with university and college diplomas.
This wingnut has about as much chance of winning as the Leafs do to win the Cup this coming season.

Interesting. It sounds like she expected the college to provide an employer when she graduated.

For a laugh I went to the Monroe College website and had a look at their history and mission statement. Nowhere, unlike some night school colleges, did it say that upon graduation you we're assured of a job, although, "the Office of Career Advancement helps with career assessment, resume writing, job search and strategy, employer recruitment and placement, interviewing skills, and other job search guidance". I guess she mistook helps with to mean ensured that she had a job in her chosen field upon graduation.

There's no court in the world going to give in to her demands. Can you imagine the chaos that would ensue. Every student who couldn't find work in his or her field would be suing every learning institution to get their tuition back. It'd be the end of education............ period.

You don't have to be educated to be stupid, but it sure helps!

And once again, Dad's words of wisdom come to mind,

Any relationship between education and intelligence is purely coincidental.
