I find it weird that someone would name condo suites after celebrities when the celebrity has nothing to with the property nor has given permission for their name to even be used.

Good for Shatner for taking this approach for compensation though.

Eh... He doesn't really need to be compensated. The guy is 50 mil short of being a billionaire. Still, this is great thing for him to demand, rather than something petty.
