It's apparently the tenth largest lottery prize they've ever had in the US. Meanwhile, Bart won, kept it all to himself, and is off to knock off some third-world government to install his own dictatorship. Congratulations, Bart Simpson, on winning the Powerball AND becoming El Presidente for life of Paraguay!
