I wonder if all the murderers and rapists and thieves are behind bars in this county that the DA has to send this BS warning.

kids use the internet now. And learn than they could ever want to....or pull off.

That's just about spot on. The Puritans may be long gone, but their values still are in the American psyche.
In the Christian mindset, sex is only for done for procreative reasons, if it's for fun, then it's a sin.
