She didn't eat it, just plucked it. She's an Inuit who was given a fresh bird and wanted to be able to cook it as soon as she got home.

This was near the Jean-Talon station, there's a huge public market there... and in the Québec French papers, they write that she's of Asian descent.

This is why I abandoned public transit, because of the "odd ones" including but not limited to the inebriated, those with no concept of personal space, those who think "hygiene" is a greeting to your old friend Gene, Mr. "Hey buddy got any money?" and his brother Mr. "Hey buddy got any smokes?", and of course those who choose to clean and eat raw bird right next to you.
You can't put a price on not being stuck in a can with certain people.
