That explains the lack of any father figure in all the articles talking about this woman. XD

And 14 kids brings in a nice welfare cheque also I bet.

No job, no husband and 14 kids. Why in heaven`s name would anyone wish this upon themselves. More to the point, what quality of life, quality of nuturing and decent upbringing are these poor kids going to get from a woman who so obviously puts her own demented needs above those of her children. Truly a sick, sad story.

My understanding is that one would not be able to find a physician in Canada that would ever plant more than three embryos - three being the max, and that, in the hope that one will take.

At $15k per visit I can't imagine how she paid for this - although she states she 'got paid' for this - someone's licence to practice must surely be in jeopardy.

46 staff to deliver - who pays the bill other than the usual unsuspecting taxpayer - and 14 kids at home soon - guess the state will be picking up the tab for 14 generational welfare babies. . . .

That's insane, having one at a time years apart exhausted me and Dad was there to help. 8O

I'm betting she's after fame and money.

I can barely contain my disgust for the so called “professionals” in this case.

The mother obviously has some kind of psychological disorder, so she’s probably the least to blame. Is there no form of screening done in a case like this, and once the doctors realized there were seven (that they knew about) viable fetuses in the works that they might have considered the possible consequences and looked into things in time to stop this?

Questioning ethics in this case is only the beginning.

I have to question the ethics of a doc that would offer fertiltiy treatments to a woman who already has 6 kids. The next thing is who pays for these children? She is unemployed, with 8 new babies isn't going back to work anytime soon, and where is a father in this mess?

It is.
She used the money she got in a workplace settlement to pay for it.
