If it was an explosion in an armory and DU rounds were stored there as is most likely the case, then finding higher than background levels of radiation is to be expected.
Besides, the absence of the telltale flash makes the chances of it being anthing even remotely nuclear about the same as any of us here on Vive actually believing anything that is said in the MSM.

Yes. Like ripples on a pond, earthquakes cause a vibration in the earth that can be detected far away. By comparing data from different detectors, we can tell where the earthquake or nuclear explosion came from, and how strong it was.
