I wonder if I can get a free moonbat when I order my Bilderberger deluxe with freedom fry combo.

"If you must kill a man, it costs you nothing to be polite about it." Winston Churchill
a) I'm a guy.
b) I enjoy having roads, health care, communications infrastructure, and the like. I am not under the mistaken impression that I have earned my money without any help from anyone; indeed, I would not be able to earn the money that I do earn without support from my government. Your sense of entitlement is based firmly in ignorance of how much help you have had.

Your mantra has been your opinions are stifled due to their contrary nature, when they are actually stifled for being without perceivable foundation.
assessment. absolutely childlike.
Getting the camel through the eye of a needle is obviously meant to mean "for all practical purposes".
Think of being "rich" as a force which varies inversely as the square of the distance to you. (Just kidding of course Mr. Kepler). If we cannot share our wealth with those people (in the past or future in another galaxy or whatever impractical thing you choose) then how can they be considered. Anyhow, in the here-and-now, there are people that are poor in other countries and in your own city or province that live at the same level as those in the first century. If you are greatly wealthier than them then you are doing something is more likely the point.
Bill Gates is a "rich" man by most peoples standards but he does give alot (really alot) to charities. Is it enough? I don't know, I can only worry about whether I give enough to the poor, I hope that I do. That is the key question each person has to ask himself and whatever belief system he has.
go pop a zit... you need it!
God does not give a damn about how much money you have in your bank account or how many cars you have in your driveway, morons. He (or she) is more Universal.
The problem with people (and capitalism) seaking and living for more material wealth is that they are so busy at it that they (let's say) forget to help others like the 10 commendments are teching us to do. Not only they will not help others but in the process of acquisition they are taking it away from the poor... sort of an anti-Robin Hood (take from the poor to give to the rich).
Bill gates is on the right track but relative to his fortune, he is not doing enough because that money comes from us. And besides, he pays people to be generous for him! Does he really needs all that money to be happy?
In fact, Jesus was a communist of the pure kind. Communist not in the bad sense but in the type where wealth is shared without the need to take it from your neigbour because you want more. Communism has always worked well in Convents and Monestaries.
Anyway, my point is that it does not matter if you are filthy rich, but if your are, make other people happy with it.
... that big zit that is on your shoulders!
However, according to Jesus illustration, in verse 21 he tells the rich man to sell ALL of his belongings and give that money to the poor. In that way the rich man would gain treasure in heaven, and he could become one of Jesus followers. The rich man was not willing to do so.
I get the sense of your post that you are poor, correct?
Not at all. I am quite "wealthy" but we all give back the society. We help our community and we teach our kids to do the same. We feel good and are truely happy. I guess you should do the same, but then again you might not have what it takes... a heart!
>>Simple: big needle, squashed camel, open those pearly gates babe...<<
I don't think Jesus wanted to harm a poor animal when he said that.
"squashed camel"
Typical American... squash everything to make it fit their system and views.
So, not only are you "wealthy", but you are also the judge of ones heart condition. Provided they have a heart, of course. Very interesting.
Smart Ass! A child can tell the difference between good and bad. Everyone is a judge of heart. Stop being a self-centered, selfish, egotistical idiot and start doing good around you. You might actually enjoy it. The wonderful thing about helping each other (instead of starting wars) is that not only you feel good inside, you actually make friends too! Try it!
How can YOU judge anyone without knowing them and how can you call people names in such a short period of time? You seem more angry, than happy. Maybe you just have a "wealth" of anger. I suppose it would feel good to share this with others. You know, "get it all out", sort of thing.
