I went to a few Rhino party rallies back when singer Michel Rivard (from Beau Dommage fame) ran against Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau in his Montreal seat (1980). Most of the rallies were in bars.

Instead of a "Minimum Revenue Guarantee", they promised a "Minimum Orgasm Guarantee"... I can get on board with that.

Seeing as Nathan Cullen isn't running again I may be forced to vote Liberal for the first time ever.
Better to vote for a pretty boy with actual policies than Scheer with none.

Andrew Scheer is another Jason Kenney who will win out of anger. It's almost worth keeping PM Selfie around for a second term to give Conservatives time to find a real leader.

   

The PROBLEM is people who'd vote for a party with no plan, no policy, no solutions just cuz they looked in a mirror and found the leader of the other one smarter and better looking than they are.
Cuz like moving the embassy to Jerusalem and paying down the deficit in two years are real important issues.

   

You are describing the Liberals too. What? punishing consumers for existing is plan? Ensuring our natural resources don't get to market is a plan? Apologizing to each and every maligned group is a plan? Dude, these are not plans. This is how a nation commits Seppuku. What the liberals have managed to do in ONE term is rile Alberta so much that there is a palpable separatism movement afoot. Trudeau cares not for Canada or for Canadians.

   

Do the Cons not have a platform? Or is it simply that their plans haven't gotten any attention from the media due to Trudeau's endless gaffes, scandals, and drama-queen bullshit receiving the huge bulk of the press's coverage? The Cons are on the upswing all across the country but anyone not paying deep attention to it wouldn't know about it at all due to most eyes being on the non-stop Liberal trainwreck-in-progress.
