The CentreOfTheUniverse Star said earlier when I read it: "OTTAWA-Stéphane Dion will resign as leader of the Liberal party today, The Canadian Press is reporting. Dion is expected to issue a written statement shortly that will clear the way for Toronto MP Michael Ignatieff to become the new leader."
Now it reads differently.
