a storng dollar means a fucked up economy.. and the dollar has nothing to do with Harpers policies.. our economy it tied to the US and it doesnt matter who is in power here..when their economy goes for a shit ours follows..

well strong dollar is bad cause for last few years our dollar was based around a high american dollar and low canadian dollar. and our businesses and industry aren't used to doing business at this price. but think is time progresses they will get used to higher dollar and economy will stabilse a bit .
