Then why is Dion set to become the PM?????????????????????????????????

I wouldn't say Dion is incompetent. Just awkward and nerdy.

Again,

Bite Me..

ooooooOOOOOooooOOOOOoooo.... very mature... [insert witty grade 3 remark here]

It seemed more gentlemanly than to respond with “cocksucker” or “fuck off”. I have no wish to get into childish name calling with a couple of immature turds.

Don’t you agree?

Shall we consider this topic hijacked now too?

Given the greatest percentage of Green Party voters were in Alberta, if the west did separate, they might actually have a valid party within the new nation.

Interesting suggestion. But Green support is very thinly spread out. FPTP tends to reward parties with regional concentration over broad support bases; I'm not sure it would change with the kind of redistricting that would follow a western secession.

But would FPTP be the way voting would go? It's a whole new nation.

I don't trust them anymore. It seems the Opposition feels the same way. Incompetance should never be rewarded.

Then why is Dion set to become the PM?????????????????????????????????

Because it's better than Layton or Duceppe.

Perhaps not... but I doubt that there'd be much will in Saskatchewan or Alberta for PR or anything else. It's just not a big issue. Both provinces have fairly stable two-party systems. BC on the other hand... they've already toyed with the idea.

WOW a right-wing newspaper with a history of being pro western serperation runs a poll where only 35.6 vote in support of western seperation. Seems rather low, and the number would be much lower from an un-biased source.

I have never met a single person in my 26 years living in BC to even mention seperation.

I heard about it in the mid 80`s when there was some chatter about Cascadia, but it never went past that.

Well, the NDP and Libs lost on October 14th and now they are knocking those nails hard in the coffin. Would you like me to spell it out in a simpler method?
