The preseason is underway and the 2023 season begins in a couple of weeks.
Week #1 has arrived.
BC and Calgary get things started in a little more than an hour.
Well, it seems anyone who was interested in the CFL on this site in the past are no longer around or aren't interested anymore.
Someone on here did vote for Edmonton in the poll but, sadly they did not make the playoff round this year. I rather enjoyed this season overall having watched all or part of the BC Lions games, plus some of other games as well. Though the Lions had a couple of really bad games, where nothing worked right, they were mostly a solid team this year both offensively and defensively and have a legit chance to go for it this year.
Though week 21 goes this weekend final placements are already decided so next week we're on the Grey Cup run!
Nov 4th
BC will play Calgary to see who plays Winnipeg for Western final
Montreal will play Hamilton to see who plays Toronto for the Eastern final
Nov 11th
BC will play in Winnipeg for the Western final
Montreal will play in Toronto for the Eastern final
Not that anyone seems to care but... wtf I might as well finish this thread off.
Montreal upset Toronto
Winnipeg won (as expected) over BC
The Grey Cup game is on November 19th in Hamilton and will see Winnipeg vs Montreal
Montreal wins the Grey Cup!
I missed most of the 1st half (work) but watched most of the rest and it was a good game. Congrats to Montreal!
