now that ive got your hopes up, i shall destroy them by saying that there is a chance UWE BOLL will direct it. Dont know who uwe boll is? think back to any bad movie and theres a chance he made it. For any halo fan this is an outraged, the nerds will revolt! lol
I dont know if any of you care, but fans of tha game arent happy, theres actually a petition going around to stop him.

just hope they don't have jude law, ben afleck (the movie killer) or Ewan McGregor in the title role as master sargent..
Guy who would do the role well is Matt Damon... that kid looks like a marine....

This movie almost didn't get made, because Bungie/Microsoft and Garland wanted $10 million just for the screenplay.
The price drove most of the major studios out of the bidding. And with most videogames not making the most successful movies, most weren't willing to spend a fortune on the screenplay, then drop another $150 mill on special effects...
