I was wondering if anyone here has given Killzone a try yet. They are hyping it as the "Halo for PS2" and wondered if it was true.
When I get some &%$# time I wanted to give it a try.

It is the best shooter on the playstation 2 but its no halo killer.
It's AI is OK, and could be smarter, and the graphics are stunning.

Onlything I disliked is that you can't melee people in multiplayer and that you cant jump. Otherwise its a solid game.

   

Killzone is an awesome game. Got two days ago and I just beat it today. It does have some problems though. The biggest problems are the AI. Especially your team mates AI that was really bad. Despite its problems I really enjoyed it.

   

AI of team mates has always been an issue. Look at the Ghost recon series. Consistantly your men will walk or crawl in front of you as you're firing at the enemy! Or they look away from the enemy when you go to the other fire team!

   

I tought Killzone was that amazing graphcis game they showed off at E3 for the PS3? Or was that Killzone2?
