Personally i think night elf is the best because they build fast and can rush well, but all in all i think its pretty even.

Orc is the best for me. Slow to tech, wood is harsh, but burrows make good defense for a rush if you place them right. Once teched they're stacked. Tauren + Lust with healing wards and paulverize with HH as support it unstopable vs anything but Chims and Frosties.

It depends on how you play. Rushers like the night elves. I like the orc because of the unit strenght.
Each race has its pros and cons. That's what makes Blizzard such a great studio for RTS.
