I would've posted this last tuesday, but i was too busy playing it. So yeah, I bought an xbox360. It's a really wicked system, I bought perfect dark zero with it and the graphics are really good, even on my non-hd tv. I can't wait till next oblivion comes out, because I really want to play an rpg.

Yeah it's a pretty slick machine, i've got it hooked up to a 5.1 surround system and it's amazing hearing the bullets whiz by your head. It's also the ultimate lazy person's machine, you can turn it on and of from your controller and or remote, that comes with the more expensive package.

Did you get the core system or the one with the hard-drive? I applaud the courage of early adopters, but I prefer to wait a little bit to see where my money will be better spent.

However, by all accounts, this new generation battle should be as good as the SNES/Genesis battle so I don't mind waiting.

Lastly, at the tender young age of 17, did you ever get a chance to get in on the SNES/Genesis era?

   

I'm only 20 and Genesis and SNES were the shit when i was growing up.

   

I still have my SNES system and it works(or at least it did the last time my son dragged it out of the basement). I think I'll wait for the new P3 system and have it shipped from North America. (Stupid regions restrictions here piss me off, as Asia is Area 3 and NA is Area 1)

Yeah, I played the snes, i'm a huge fan of the zelda series on there. But unfortunatly i never actually owned one. My friend had one though, so i just played his. But this time he doesn't the 360, muhahaha.
