Eat more natural and organic foods rather than processed and junk foods to get help healthy skin.
Use more water, fresh fruits juices, green leafy vegetables salads, fish, and green tea in routine diet to get rid of the skin diseases and improve your skin health.

Eat grape fruits, orange, papaya, pineapple and drink lot's of water.
These are very good for skin.
