I have found some advertisement about some tea that used for weight lose. Does it work?
I've heard Green Tea can be good for one's digestive system and metabolism. This is a good article:

My theory about weight loss has always been that the key to controlling your weight is proper nutrition and listening to your cravings. I believe the reason we have such a well developed chemo receptor system on our tongue is not so we can differentiate between 31 flavours at baskin robins, but rather so that our tongue can tell our brains the type of nutrition that we are consuming. The better we can listen to our cravings, the more satisfying the food will be in terms of satisfying our true cravings with respect to our actual nutritional needs.
Part of the problem with obesity today is that the flavor of our foods is so masked with spices and artificial flavoring our cravings no longer match the nutritional values associated with them. As a result, people are often consuming what their mind is telling them should fulfill a nutritional need when it is not, so they continue consuming without really being fulfilled.
It is my belief that the more"naked" your food is, the better you will be able to understand what your body is actually asking for.
An example of this craving versus nutritional need theory would be pregnancy. It is often mentioned by women who have had children that they had unusual cravings while pregnant, well this makes sense since an unusually activity is taking place in their body, namely the development of the child. There are different nutritional needs that the parent is going through and so the body craves different nutrients.
Go into orbit. Won't weigh much at all there.

Hi.. eyeryone
Hi.. I don't think tea alone can reduce weight. Healthy diet and exercise might help you to some extend. Or else go for some plastic surgery. My friend has done her liposuction in Toronto and her surgeon was Dr. Michael Kreidstein. She says that it is effective. She has reduced almost 15 lbs. I haven’t done any in my lifetime. Do a lot of research before taking any decision. All the best.
Green tea is best for weight loss.
