After watching my new home town team, the Grande Prairie Storm, win the AJHL Championship against the Spruce Grove Saints. My interest in junior hockey has been rekindled. The Storm made it to the Doyle Cup, but were defeated by Vernon who advance the the RBC Cup tournament in Victoria.

It is good hockey. I watch lots of that level during the season.

I'm going to from now on.... I hope more people get out next season to support their local juniors. Many of those teams struggle financially, so everyone, go catch a few games next season. You won't be disappointed.

Jr Hockey is the best, had season seats for 4 years in Belleville, and Platinum package for this past world Jr's.

We had the Keystone Cup here and it was great hockey. Our team lost in double OT in the Championship game. I was away and didn't see any of the Dudley Hewitt Cup which the winner of that went to the RBC Cup. Heard it was good though.

I love watching Junior hockey too. Been a Vancouver Giants season ticket holder for many years now. The Memorial Cup is always fun to watch. Hopefully the WHL (represented by the Kelowna Rockets this year) will keep the cup in the west!

Been going to Kitchener Ranger's games since the late 70s. Seen lots of great hockey and future Hall of Famers. Al MacInnis, Paul Coffey, Scott Stevens, there's some talent there.

The hockey is fast and good. In many ways, a better value for your dollar than the NHL.
