The date and time of the live draft has been changed to Wed Oct 4 4:00pm PDT in order to accomodate the players in the eastern time zone.

Just signed up....was in one last year in Australia but yeah not a lot of interest from a lot of the teams that signed up.
Hope this will be a fun one and that we get 16 teams???
By the way when is the draft day...you stated the 4th but I read something about the 5th now..I'm a Canuck living in Australia and want to make sure I'm there on the right day...we are 17 hours ahead!

Never mind...think the 5th October is Australia's day...as my settings are for Australia time

I really don't know how these things work. Is it like a hockey pool or do you have to play the games or what. I play hockey for real and I watch the Oilers, I've even done the hockey pool thing but your gonna have to let me know how this thing works. Other wise I'll be game. I love the sport of Hockey.

The season starts with a draft(automatic or live picks), you end up with more players than you can possibly use to get points so daily you adjust your roster to reflect who is really playing that night so you can maximize your score. Some days all your players may be active so you want to fill the active player slots with the players you think will garner the most stats. The next night only a few players may be active so you need to make sure they are in an active slot so any stats they gain are awarded to your team.
No NHL player will be on more than one team in any league. You can trade, drop and add available players during the season so if one of your original players is really doing bad you can drop that player and add another thats available or trade with someone else in your league.
