Being pulled two games back to back?
He must have Luongo syndrome because when he's good he's great but when he's bad he's fekin terrible.
The good thing is that things like this don't seem to bother him so he should be fine the rest of the way.
I hate defending anything Habs related but Price hasn't been the issue the last couple games. Take a hard look at a defence corps that has forgotten how to play defence.
The Habs had a choice. Halak or Price. They chose Price. Bad move.
An unstable goaltender (such as Price) will not be able to handle the pressures associated with the playoffs. Looks like the Habs are doomed once the playoffs start.
Halak's Blues are considerably worse than the Habs so Montreal made the better long-term choice by keeping Price. If those retard Montreal fans would cut some slack once in a while for players with Anglo last names this type of thing wouldn't be such a repetitive and boring soap opera every year.
I admit that Halak has had an off year this year. However, he's had a series of injuries to deal with. Last year he had a great season (1.97 GAA with 46 games played). When healthy, Halak is consistent.
Between Price and Halak, there is no contest, I'd pick Halak.
The only good games Price has are the ones where the offense scores more goals than he lets in.
so the guy has two terrible games... and under the bus he goes. I think Price is a great goalie, the guy is tired.
